(2)No.2D, which has a better surface finish than N0.1, but the surface is also duller. After cold rolling, annealing, descaling, and finally light rolling with rough surface rollers.
(3)No.2B, which is the most frequently used surface in construction applications. Except for the final light cold rolling with a polishing roll after annealing and descaling, the other processes are the same as 2D, stainless steel The surface of the strip is slightly shiny and can be polished.
(4)No.2B bright annealed, which is a type of reflective surface that is polished roll rolled and final annealed in a controlled atmosphere. Bright annealing also maintains its reflective surface and does not form scale. Because no oxidation reaction occurs during the bright annealing process, pickling and passivation treatments are unnecessary.
In addition to rolling surface processing, there is also polishing surface processing technology, and the polishing surface has the following types.
(5)No.3 surface is represented by 3A and 3B. The 3A surface is made by uniform grinding, and the abrasive particle size is 80-100 mesh. The surface of 3B is matte and polished, and the surface presents uniform straight lines. It is generally made by one-time polishing on the surface of 2A or 2B stainless steel plate with an abrasive belt with a particle size of 180-200 mesh.
(6)The No.4 surface of the stainless steel plate and strip is a one-way surface processing, and the reflectivity of this surface is not strong. This processing surface is the most widely used in the construction field. The surface process step is to first use coarse abrasive polishing, and then use 180 grit for grinding.
(7)The No.6 surface is an improvement and optimization of the No.4 surface, and the surface of the No.4 stainless steel plate is polished with a Tampico polishing brush in an abrasive and oil medium.
(8)The No.7 polished surface is called bright polishing, which is to polish the surface that has been ground very finely but still has wear marks on the surface. Generally, 2A or 2B panels are used, using fiber or cloth polishing wheels and corresponding polishing pastes.
As for the No.8 polished surface, it is a mirror polished surface, and its reflectivity is very high. It is generally called mirror surface processing, because the reflected image of this type of surface is very clear.
