1. Production process
After the steel plate or strip is rolled, the stainless steel welded pipe is welded to produce equipment and molds. There are usually welds on the inner wall of the pipe, and the seamless pipe is made of round pipe blanks as raw materials through the hot extrusion production process for punching, cold rolling, and cold drawing processing, and there are no welds in the pipe.
2. Appearance
The thickness tolerance of the
nickel alloy pipe is very small, the thickness of the entire circumference is uniform, the steel pipe has high precision, the inner and outer surface of the pipe is bright, and the length can be set arbitrarily; the seamless pipe has low precision, uneven thickness, low brightness of the inner and outer surface of the pipe, and high fixed size cost. Internal and external installations and black spots. Therefore, the general seamless pipe wall is relatively thick.
3. Performance and price
Seamless pipes have stronger corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and pressure resistance than welded pipes. With the improvement of the manufacturing process of welded pipes, its mechanical properties are gradually approaching that of seamless pipes, and the price is also more expensive than welded pipes.
