Three series
The 3000 series of aluminum ingots are made of manganese as the main component. The 3000 series aluminum alloys represent 3003, 3105 and 2A21. The content is between 1.0-1.5, which is a series of products with good anti-rust effect.
Commonly used as tanks and tanks for liquid products, construction parts processing, construction machinery, various lighting parts, and various high-pressure vessels and pipelines for sheet metal processing. Excellent formability, weldability and corrosion resistance.
Four series
Generally, the silicon content is between 4.5-6.0%, and the higher the silicon content, the higher the toughness. The 4000 series aluminum ingots are represented by 4a01, and the aluminum alloy plates of the 4000 series belong to the series with higher silicon content.

Five series
The 5000 series aluminum ingots belong to the more common alloy aluminum plate series, the main element is magnesium, and the magnesium content is between 3-5%. 5000 series products aluminum alloy represents 5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05 series products.
It can also be called titanium magnesium aluminum alloy. The main features are low relative density, high compressive strength and high tensile strength. Under the same area, the weight of titanium-magnesium-aluminum alloy is smaller than other products, and it is widely used in basic industrial production.
The most common one in mobile phones is 5052, which is the most representative aluminum alloy with medium-level compressive strength. It has excellent corrosion resistance, weldability and formability, especially high fatigue limit and good sea resistance. It is commonly used for compressive strength. Six series
The 6000 series aluminum alloy represents 6061, which mainly contains two elements of magnesium and silicon. Therefore, 6061, which combines the advantages of the 4000 series and 5000 series, is a cold and violent aluminum forging product, which is suitable for corrosion resistance and high reducibility requirements. use. Good applicability, easy coating, good process performance. Seven series
The main element contains zinc, and the 7000 series aluminum alloy represents 7075.
