Zinc-aluminum alloy coated sheet is also called low-aluminum galvanized steel sheet, and the coating contains 5% Al, 95% Zn, and trace amounts of rare earth elements. The main advantages are that the plasticity and adhesion of the coating are very good, and the corrosion resistance before and after deformation is unchanged; the atmospheric corrosion resistance is 2 to 3 times that of conventional hot-dip galvanized sheets, and it has good coatability and weldability. Among all galvanized sheets, its toughness is very good, and its corrosion resistance and formability are comparable to electro-galvanized sheets. This product is mainly used for corrosion-resistant and weather-resistant environments and coating material substrates.
Aluminum-zinc alloy coated plate (GL)
The coating structure of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating plate is Al-Zn alloy, and the coating composition is 55% Al, 43.3% Zn, 1.6% Si. Its surface is smooth and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, which is 2-6 times higher than the same hot-dip galvanized sheet. It has high temperature corrosion resistance similar to hot-dip aluminum plate, and can be used for a long time without any discoloration or deformation at a high temperature of 315 degrees. The water corrosion resistance is better than that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet and the hot-dip aluminized sheet, and the soil corrosion resistance is better than that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet. Its thermal reflectivity is higher than 75%, which is twice that of ordinary galvanized sheet. It has good paintability and processability, and is gradually replacing galvanized sheet and is widely used in the world.
Hot rolled galvanized sheet
Hot-rolled galvanized sheet is a galvanized sheet produced directly by pickling and galvanizing with hot-rolled sheet as substrate. The board can be widely used in construction, automobiles, steel silos, railway passenger cars, highway guardrail boards, etc. At present, the domestic production of hot-rolled galvanized sheets is relatively small, and most of the galvanized production lines that have been put into operation are galvanized sheets with cold-rolled sheets as the substrate. Compared with cold-rolled galvanized sheet, the difference in performance between hot-rolled galvanized sheet and cold-rolled galvanized sheet is not very big. Because hot-rolled galvanized sheet saves the cold rolling process, the production cost is lower, and it has obvious price advantage.
