(1) The yield strength of the
copper plate is inversely proportional to the elongation, and the hardness of the copper plate after processing is increased, but it can be reduced by heat treatment.
(2) Among the metal materials used in construction, copper has good elongation performance and has great advantages in adapting to architectural modeling.
(3) The copper plate is not limited by the processing temperature, and it is unchanged and brittle at low temperature, and hot melt welding can be used.
(4) Copper plate is a non-combustible material, with fire resistance.
(5) Even in a highly corrosive atmospheric environment, copper sheet will form a strong, non-toxic passivation protective layer, commonly known as "patina". Its chemical composition depends on the air conditions in the region, but the "patina" of various components has basically the same protective effect on the copper plate. This passivation film is very stable and can be repaired automatically when damaged, which is difficult to see by the naked eye.
