One is that the
stainless steel plate is scratched before the mirror surface is processed, but it is not obvious, which requires judging the severity of the scratch. If the scratch area and scratch depth have exceeded the customer's tolerance for the effect of the final product, the stainless steel plate that meets the requirements must be replaced, which means that the inspection of the processing operator is very important.
The second is that the stainless steel plate has been mirror-finished, but it was accidentally scratched during the filming process. There are many kinds of scratches, such as point scratches, line scratches, and large area scratches.
So how should we deal with point scratches, linear scratches, and large-area scratches? please look below:
If it is a point-shaped scratch, no matter the depth, it can be corrected by argon arc welding, then polished with a polishing machine, and then processed with mirror polishing equipment for more than two times, which can almost solve this problem.
Then there are the linear scratches, which are relatively difficult to deal with. For shallow scratches, the scratch area can be smoothed as much as possible by slowing down the feed roller speed and turning down the grinding head. Deep scratches are not easy to deal with. Shaanxi Zicheng advocates that you try to avoid scratched areas when processing and cutting stainless steel mirror panels.
In addition, large-scale scratches are also divided into two types, deep and shallow, and the treatment methods are the same as above.
If it is two kinds of scratches, it is relatively difficult to deal with. Because this kind of scratch situation should be avoided as much as possible. Shaanxi Zicheng recommends that we reduce or avoid the possibility of scratching the stainless steel mirror panel through the following methods: stick a protective film on the surface of the stainless steel mirror panel, put cardboard or plastic board between the upper and lower parts of the stainless steel mirror panel, pack the whole with waterproof paper, Or the surface of the package clearly states "Protect the board, do not scratch" and other words, and place it on a wooden frame.
If the stainless steel mirror panel of the product has scratches, it can be handled according to the methods mentioned above. If it is a semi-finished product and there are scratches on the mirror surface, it needs to be polished again by polishing equipment with various polishing wheels to achieve a better correction effect.
